This website presents Desgarde and its technology, infrastructure and design services. For all enquiries, write to contact@desgarde.com.

Each engagement is governed by a written agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting entity, the scope of work and the applicable terms.

Service information

Descriptions explain the scope of work that may be considered. Every project requires an agreed specification, responsibilities, terms and acceptance criteria. Illustrative workflows describe possible designs; they are not client case studies or claims of completed deployments.

Desgarde provides technology and design services. It does not offer regulated financial, investment, tax, legal or fiduciary advice, and it does not arrange investments or act as a broker. Professional decisions remain with the client and their qualified advisers.

Journal and research

Journal articles provide general information and design considerations. They are not a legal opinion, a compliance certification or a substitute for assessment of a specific firm’s obligations. Sources are supplied so readers can examine the original materials.

Each article shows its publication date. Some articles also state a research cutoff: the date that limits the materials the article covers. A cutoff does not mean the article was written or published on that date. Every article in the journal was published on this website on or after 22 September 2026, and the access date beside each source records when we consulted it. Legislation, guidance and software can change. External links and references do not imply a commercial relationship, endorsement or affiliation.

Security and hosting

Statements on this website describe design approaches. They are not guarantees against security incidents, legal demands or interruptions. A deployment’s protections depend on its architecture, configuration, operation and agreed controls.

The public website is hosted on Cloudflare’s global network. Client systems discussed in the service pages are separate environments. Privacy information is available in the privacy notice.

Our security and ownership principles describe how we approach control, recovery and exit. They become binding only through a written agreement.

The original text, visual identity and design of this website may not be reproduced without permission, except as the law allows. Third-party marks and publications belong to their respective owners. Imagery on this website is illustrative. It does not show actual Desgarde employees, client premises, products or completed deployments.
