A clear account
of your information.
This notice describes the public Desgarde website and initial email enquiries. Client infrastructure and project-specific processing require separate agreements.
About this website
This website presents Desgarde’s services. For questions about the handling of your information, contact contact@desgarde.com.
When you browse
The site serves static pages, images and locally hosted fonts. It does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, newsletter sign-ups, embedded social feeds or a contact form. The site’s application code does not set cookies or use browser local storage.
Delivering and protecting the website requires network processing of technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, time, browser details and security events.
Cookies
We set no advertising, analytics or preference cookies, so the site shows no cookie banner. Cloudflare’s security services may set a strictly necessary cookie, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, to tell people from automated traffic or to record a completed security check. Cloudflare describes these cookies in its cookie documentation. They are not used for advertising.
Cloudflare hosting
The public site is delivered through Cloudflare’s global network. Technical data may be processed in different jurisdictions. We do not describe this website as air-gapped or as hosted exclusively in Monaco or the European Union.
Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes the traffic data it processes for the websites it serves. Questions about this website should come to us rather than to Cloudflare. Links to external publications take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
When you email us
If you contact Desgarde, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, name and message. It is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential engagement and maintain the relevant correspondence. Initial correspondence should not contain confidential client files or sensitive personal records.
Email is handled through the mail providers involved in transmission and delivery. It should not be treated as a private client data room. Where further information is required for a project, we will agree an appropriate exchange process and the applicable terms.
Purpose, retention and access
Enquiries are handled to respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps towards an engagement. Service security is a separate operational purpose. Information is not requested for advertising profiles or resale.
Correspondence is kept for the period relevant to the enquiry or engagement and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the context; no universal retention period is claimed here. Access is limited to those who need the information for that purpose. You may ask us about the handling and retention of a particular message.
Your requests
You may contact contact@desgarde.com to ask about access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on the use of your information, or to object where the applicable framework provides that right. The response depends on the applicable law, the processing and any legitimate retention requirements.
Where Monaco’s data protection framework applies, information and complaint channels are available from the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP). This notice may be updated as the website or services change.
